At Burger & Brown Engineering, we routinely manufacture ultra-precise components for our customers in these industry sectors:

Our Micro-Machining Department consists of CNC High-Speed Milling centers and CNC Swiss Lathes.

High-Speed Milling
High-Speed Milling Centers feature spindle speeds of up to 60,000 RPM. These machines make parts with tolerances as small as .0003". Drill sizes are as small as .0045" with a positional tolerance of +/-.0004" back to the datum.

Swiss Lathes

On our Seven-Axis Swiss Lathes, expert operators produce extremely tiny parts as small as .019" in diameter. Quantities may vary from one to thousands with exact repeatability.
