Semiconductor development may require many iterations before a chip is ready for production. Our high-speed micro-milling department is equipped to produce small batch test sockets to support each stage of the development process. Test sockets feature an array of holes as small as .003″/.076mm in diameter in close proximity using advanced materials that can be subjected to temperature extremes. We hold true position tolerances within .001″/.03mm.
